Program Designed by Procurement Professionals

Our Procurement offering is truly designed by procurement professionals for procurement professionals...

TLM has met with over 750+ procurement groups and organizations and over 3,000+ procurement professionals since 2009 to:

  • Solicit advice and direction
  • Receive input on the development of the program
  • Obtain validation in the development of our service offerings
  • Ensure that the program is easy to implement and integrate into your purchasing process

Over 40 key procurement leaders from a large varity of groups in various locations throughout the country have volunteered their time serving in an advisement capacity with TLM.  The goal of these advisement committees continues to be to ensure the program we offer truly meets the needs universally of all procurement professionals in every university, state, city, county and school district accross the county.

As Bill Munch, Director of Procurement of Mesa Public School and Treasurer of AASBO stated while introducing us at an Arizona SAVE and GPPY meeting, “I majored in procurement at ASU and graduated 25 years ago.  During my four years of college, they stressed ‘watch the freight – watch the freight – they will get you on the freight’.  Yet on my first job out of college I was told to forget about the freight – it was too hard to deal with and our vendors would provide it for us. This has bothered me for over 25 years and I have now finally found someone who can allow me to ‘watch the freight’ and save significant dollars with little or no work on my part.”

As John Riley, Executive Director of Procurement and Finance at Arizona State University put it, “I have looked for over 10 years to find someone like TLM.  Many offer to save me money on freight, but you are the only company I have encountered that offers a comprehensive service and does everything for us.”

TLM has been introduced by procurement leaders at a numerous vendor conferences as follows “…TLM is the only vendor at the conference not looking to sell anything to the members; instead they are the only vendor here that provides a service that allows us to save money on those items we are already buying.”

At a recent NIGP conference, TLM was noted as "changing the culture of the procurement world".
