TLM is committed to providing you the training your need to succeed...

At TLM, we believe that providing our customers a wide variety of training opportunities helps ensure a trouble-free, efficient shipping/receiving process. We have established training program and also continually develop training programs customized to our customer’s specific needs.

Training opportunities include webinars, on-site group training, one-on-one training and workshop/presentations at conferences and association meetings.  All scheduled training and presentation session will appear on our Calendar listed under the home page heading “Resources”.

Some of our general training workshops include the following:

• Five Easy Steps – This workshop/presentation is customizable from a 1 ½ - 2 hour session (very detailed) to a 1 hour session (less detailed). 
   
• Trucking 101 – This workshop/presentation is approximately 1 ½ hours in length and is a general overview of the world of freight transportation and a must for those with little knowledge in this area.  This workshop has been presented for continuing education credit at State NIGP Chapters and procurement associations. 

• TLM On-line System – TLM On-line Training is useful for anyone desiring to utilize our online system for generating rate quotes, creating Bills of Lading, tracing and tracking shipments, exporting shipment data into Excel Spreadsheets, generating reports, printing invoices and making on-line payments by P-Card.
